A few changes are coming into play this week. Two are involuntary and one is not.
1) Today DST kicked in here in the US therefore the SPI will begin trading 1 hour later...6:50 eastern time.
2) March 18 is the last trading day for the SPI March contract. That means I will be trading the June contract (M10) starting Thurs (Wednesday night here in the US).
Today also starts my concerted effort to include more excercise in my daily activities. To help motivate myself I will be including my daily activities with my trading reports.
